Vector Automation was approached by Impac Manufacturing about an upcoming project regarding the welding of exercise equipment for a company called “Curves”.
Vector won the contract and furnished to Impac Manufacturing three (3) welding systems for the welding of various styles of exercise equipment.
The welding work cells were successful and created an immediate pay back for the customer.
The work cells were a combination of Motoman six axis robots along with a Ferris Wheel positioner. The welding power source for these work cells was the Miller Auto Access.
