The crown is the chrome frame of the grill. At the time of this request the crown was being polished by hand on a stationary backstand with a polish wheel attached.

Vector designed a manual system using a counter-balance system to articulate the polishing wheel. The in and out motion was controlled via air logic.
Production increased to over 300% and safety issues vanished.
